Physiotherapy in Matraville
Physiotherapy is the next service coming to Solana Health at 448 Bunnerong Road, Matraville. We're recruiting a registered physiotherapist to work alongside our chiropractor, so patients can access both under one roof.
Physiotherapy bookings are not yet open. Chiropractic and dry needling are available now, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm.
What physiotherapy at Solana Health will offer
Physiotherapy focuses on restoring movement and function after injury, surgery or a long stretch of pain. Assessment looks at how you move as a whole, not just where it hurts, and treatment combines hands-on therapy with exercise and rehabilitation you can realistically keep up with.
Because chiropractic and physiotherapy will sit under one roof, care can be coordinated between practitioners rather than sending you across town. Whether you're coming back from surgery, a recent injury or a persistent problem, the goal is the same: getting you back to work, sport and daily life with confidence.

When will physiotherapy be available at Solana Health?

Can I see the chiropractor in the meantime?
Yes. Angelo Marketos, our principal chiropractor, sees patients Monday to Saturday for neck and back pain, headaches, sports injuries and rehabilitation-focused care. If your condition is better suited to physiotherapy elsewhere, he'll tell you.
Will physiotherapy be claimable on HICAPS and Medicare care plans?
Yes. Once the service launches, physiotherapy will be claimable on the spot through HICAPS for eligible extras cover, and under Medicare Chronic Condition Management Plans with a GP referral.
